I really love salads! I learned to like them while I was pregnant with Abigail. My midwife requested I eat a large salad every day. At first I thought it would be a real struggle for me. Susie suggested I eat a variety of salads and sometimes crunchy salads. So I started expermenting with Salads and now the possiblities for an awesome salad are endless.
We even eat salad at times for breakfast. My way of thinking outside of the box for breakfast ideas. I am hypoclyceminc. So now the challenge is to eat less carbs and more protien. The ratio I strive to eat is 1 protien to every 2 carbs. It is tough and I am not perfect.
This link below is a great little salad making lesson. I am going to start saving for a Mandoline.
